“ We stopped in while having Amber's birthday bash, and as soon as we walked in the door the guy at the counter was sooooo helpful!! The menu is huge and the 5 of us had no idea what we wanted. Our server was patient and kind and informative! After we finally ordwe entered the game room!! It was awesome! Every board game you have ever seen is in this room! My adult kids played battleship, my lil g rode the motorcycle around, my birthday girl ate till she was about to explode, I watched my family have a great time! My birthday girl said "This is the best day ever!" Our food arrived and we ate till we were stuffed! The cheese fries and fry sauce were so yummy! My chili cheese burger was amazing! Everyone was very happy we picked this restaurant! Before we left the owner came over and told us the secret ingredient in the fry sauce. Treated us like we were family and this was our first visit here! We will DEFINITELY eat here every time we make the trip to Idaho Falls! ”
“ Hidden Gem Alert! Tucked away in an old brick building next to the museum in Idaho Falls, Franklin’s Famous Cheesesteak Co. is a true hidden gem. You might drive by and think, "Huh, did I just time-travel to the ‘70s?" but trust me—your taste buds won’t care. I stopped in while passing through, thanks to a family invite, and ordered the Idaho Potato Philly. Let me tell you, it was everything I never knew I needed. Cheesesteak and potatoes? Together? It’s like Idaho and Philly had a delicious baby, and I got to eat it. And those fries? Fresh, real, and straight out of my childhood memories of Scotties. None of that frozen, flavorless nonsense—just good, honest, crispy perfection. So, if you’re in Idaho Falls and judging books by their covers (or restaurants by their buildings), stop that and go get yourself a cheesesteak. Your stomach will thank you. ”
“ One of our favorite places to go to with our kids they have board games to play as a family and really enjoy your time! Don't even get me started on the food some of the best smothered fried and burgers in town! ”
“ First time in today, and man, oh man, I'll be back again and again! I really loved my burger and cheesesticks! I will definitely be trying other items and look forward to going to do so! Price is on the more side, but considering your portions and the quality of the grub, it is so worth it! There is a come as you are, and believe what you believe vibe. Very laid back and nice place to just eat and relax. If you don't like talks of politics and poking fun at all of it (no sense of humor is what I'm saying), then this isn't the place for you! I'd suggest this place to anyone and everyone though, just take a jump and give it a try!! ”
“ The sandwiches are perfect if you eat them there. I've taken them home before an they were good still, but so much better in house. The staff is always friendly and I love the literal family atmosphere they promote. I enjoy the traditional ... ”
“ This business is 100% true to themselves and I appreciate that. Regardless of your views, respect that they are authentic and stand by their beliefs but treat everyone with kindness. Absolutely one of the BEST cheesesteak sandwiches EVER. Fries were also 10/10 and make sure to get fry sauce (if you aren’t local get it and thank me later). We will be back for sure! ”
“ Great place...a little pricey...the clam chowder on Friday was the bomb. ”
“ You would have to be crazy to eat anywhere else but here. This was far and beyond the best cheesesteak I've ordered from a restaurant. They didn't skimp on any aspect of the sandwich. I wish I was closer so it could be a regular destination. The fries were very delicious and clearly handcut/handmade. Everything at the restaurant far exceeded the new "normal" quality of food expected at restaurants. The staff was very friendly and happy to recommend their favorites. Everyone, even those in the kitchen, had smiles on their faces and seemed to be very happy with what they were doing. ”
